How grades work

One grade per demo, taken from three things.

HighReady to show any client as it is.
MediumGood. Needs some polish before it goes in front of a client.
AverageIt works, but it needs a redesign before it sells.

What gets scored

UIHow it looks: type, spacing, photos and finish.
UXHow it works: the menu, the path to booking or enquiry, the fit on a phone.
DesignHow original it feels: custom and premium, or close to a template.
